If you want to build friendship, grow love, retain a relationship, maintain an association there is one basic tool you must need... and that's COMMUNICATION.
You must keep communication channels open with things you wish to build, you must speak to them and about them regularly.
In the same vein, if you wish to end a friendship, relationship, association... We must cut communication.
The reality is, this is not just true with people, it also holds true with LIFE. We must learn to cut communication with things we don't hope to grow and open communication with those we hope to grow.
Really, it's no point talking down and hoping to go up... you can't keep saying things like "I don die, this economy; men dey roast..." and hoping for the best. If you want to go up, learn to talk 'up' and quit talking 'down'.
Quit communications with negative words and eventually you would end any relationship with negative experiences.
Open communication with positive phrases and you would eventually build positive experiences... say things like "I am the greatest, I am the best, I am the man in charge...., reminds me of Muhammed Ali who would say "I'm not the greatest; I'm the double greatest. Not only do I knock 'em out, I pick the round. I float like a butterfly and sting like a bee".... and sure he kept being tops because he kept talking up.
The truth is, our words form our world... to build a great world for yourself is to always speak great words to yourself.
Point: Speak right words it brings rewards.
